In Greene County district court Devin Julian Villalobos, 18, of Jefferson pleaded not guilty Feb. 21 to a charge of sex abuse- third degree. A trial date was set for May. 12.
A case was initiated against Nicholas Weber, 19, of Jefferson, on a charge of possession of marijuana.
